The apartments are built in a converted Millhouse, and benefit from fantastic views. Each apartment offers a fully equipped kitchenette, light and spacious living area with satellite TV, en-suite bathroom, one bedroom and also a separate working space. The apartments are just 10 minutes from the bustling city centre of Leipzig, with all its attractions and facilities, and just 5 minutes walk from Clara-Zetkin Park, where frequent open-air events take place. Apartment Description

1 bedroom apartments: Suitable for 2 people, each apartment has bed and separate bathroom with bath tub, the largest size has an additional separate bathroom with shower. Some of the aparartments have the added benefit of a private balcony/terrace area. The apartments range in size from approximately 60sqm to 70sqm - with an additonal cost to upgrade to an 90sqm 1 bedroom apartment.

2 bedroom apartments: Suitable for 3 people, each apartment has one double and one single size bedroom with two separate bathrooms one fitted with a bathtub and the other with a shower. The apartments have the added benefit of a balcony/terrace area and range in size approximately from 90sqm to 95sqm.

3 bedroom apartments: Suitable for upto 5 guests with 1 master double bedroom. a second bedroom with small double bed and a third single bedroom. The apartment features a spaious open plan living area with a total apartment size of 110sqm.
