Class Residence is centrally located in an elegant period building. Each of the 26 apartments has been renovated to provide air conditioning, 6 channel SKY television, in-room safe, sofa bed and kitchenette facilities. Guests can further benefit from car parking facilities nearby, laundry services and on site reception which is open from 8am - 5pm.

The apartments are located a short distance from Via Montenapoleone, Corso Buenos Aires, Corso Como and Brera with their large choice of restaurants, bars and designer shops. Within a few kilometres are the world famous Teatro alla Scalla and Duomo di Milano. The central location of the apartments make this location a central point of reference for long business stays in Milan, and for shorter periods for events like the Settimana della Moda (Fashion Week) or the Salone del Mobile (International Furniture Fair).

Air

Linate Airport is 10km away, or an approximate 40 minute taxi journey. The bus service connecting to the airport is frequent and inexpensive. Regular transfers from Malpensa Airport, which is 40km distance, include the Malpensa Express train service (about 40 mins to Stazione Cadorna), the Malpensa Bus Express or the Malpensa Shuttle (each about 20mins). Orio Airport is about an hour by road.

Metro

The "Gioia" subway station for the green line MM2 and the "Repubblica" stop of the yellow line MM3 are within short walking distance from the apartments, which in just a few stops leads guests to the center of Milan

Train

Milan's Central Train Station, which also acts as the city's bus and coach terminal, is only 300 metres from the apartments.
