This stunning restoration of magnificent Victorian town houses provides one and two bedroom apartments overlooking Sophia Gardens and Glamorgan County Cricket Ground.

Each spacious apartment has been interior designed in a contemporary style featuring a large living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with king size beds and separate bathroom. Two bedroom apartments also have king size beds and additional en-suite shower rooms. Many of the apartments feature original bay windows and high ceilings.

The apartments are conveniently located in fashionable Pontcanna on Cathedral Road overlooking Sophia Gardens. Within just a few minute's walk guests will find Cardiff Castle, the Millennium Stadium, city centre offices, city centre shopping, restaurants, bars and nightclubs. Within the Pontcanna district itself, there is also a range of independent shops, street cafes and restaurants.

Car Parking

Car parking is provided free of charge for guests staying at SACO Cardiff. The car park is located at the rear of the building which is accessed via Sophia Walk, a small lane which runs parallel to Cathedral Road.
To access Sophia Walk (from the A48M) turn left into Dyfrig Street (a small road running off of Cathedral Road before you reach SACO Cardiff).
You will soon reach the end of Dyfrig Street and come to Sophia Walk. Turn right and continue along Sophie Walk crossing a couple of small lanes until you reach the car park at the rear of SACO Cardiff, which is signposted and has black iron gates.
To open the gates, you will find the entry key pad to the right of the gates; enter the code which appears in the key collection section of your confirmation.
To exit the car park, enter the same code into the key pad on the post to the right of the gate.
Your apartment keys are can be found in the front building. To gain access to the front of the building, you will need to pass through a side gate. This has a keypad on it. Enter the code shown in the key collection section of your confirmation. This gate is automated and is self opening and closing. Please do not push or pull the gate once you have entered the code.

Cardiff International Airport is located just over 12 miles from SACO Cardiff. Cardiff bus 'Airbus Xpress' service X91 connects Cardiff Central station and Cardiff International Airport, at a cost of approx £3.40 adult single, details of this can be found on the Cardiff International Airport website. A pre-booked taxi transfer can be booked from Cardiff Airport to the apartments from £29. Please book through SACO reservations team.
