    Cheltenham Plaza was built in 2006 and is located in the centre of Cheltenham Town. Offering a range of one and two bedroom apartments, the decor is simple, contemporary and modern and all appliances have full instructions for use provided. There is a communal lift to all floors as well as stairs. Accommodation includes a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and utensils that one would expect in a serviced apartment, dining area with table and four chairs and lounge area including sofa(s) and television with DVD player and Freeview. Every apartment also benefits from its own wireless broadband internet connection and a telephone on request. All two bedroom apartments have two bathrooms. There is limited secure parking on the ground floor of the building and most apartments have the added benefit of a balcony.
    The Cheltenham Plaza is located on the corners of Fairview Road, Portland Street and Warwick Place, just a short stroll from the very centre of town. Cheltenham has a wide variety of shops, bars, restaurants, cinemas and much more. Guests staying at the Cheltenham Plaza also benefit from free entry to Fitness First leisure centre, including their impressive swimming pool, which is located in the new Brewery development just a short stroll along St Margarets Road. The Cheltenham Racecourse is less than a mile away as are several parks.
