Waterside Apartments, Hemel Hempstead

Waterside Court is a small new apartment block with only six apartments, two of which we let and are in a canal side location close to the Apsley Lock development. Both apartments are two bedroom, two bathroom properties with fully equipped kitchen and comfortable sitting room. Number One is a ground floor apartment with French windows onto the garden. Number Four is a first floor apartment with a Juliet balcony in the sitting room.

Waterside apartments are only five minutes walk from this attractive marina in the heart of Apsley and only about a mile away from Hemel Hempstead's new shopping centre. This property offers a relaxing place to stay, with access to a walk or run along the canal, whilst offering an organic restaurant, an Italian coffee shop, a mini-market and pub only five minutes walk away. The new Hemel Hempstead shopping precinct is close to the site and boasts a Debenhams department store, coffee shops and restaurants supplementing a wide range of established bars and eateries around the town centre. The historic old town also offers further restaurants together with The Old Town Hall Arts Centre offering a packed programme of music, comedy, drama and local and national exhibitions.
