The Sanctum apartments are furnished in a contemporary style and offer spacious one, two and three bedroom apartments. Each apartment has an equipped kitchen with modern appliances, spacious lounge/dining area, luxuriously furnished bedrooms and bathrooms. In addition secure entry, complimentary broadband is available and guests can make use of the health club including gymnasium, heated pool, sauna and beauty centre, at a cost opposite the apartments. The reception is open 24 hours a day, with staff on hand to assist with guest requests and making restaurant reservations.

The cosmopolitan area of Maida Vale, home to BBC Radio 1, offers a range of restaurants, bars and clubs. Lord's Cricket Ground is nearby, and a short underground journey will take guests into the heart of the West End. Abbey Road, made famous by the Beatles, is just a short stroll away and Notting Hill is just a 10 minute journey via the underground where guests can enjoy a variety of restaurants and fantastic shopping. Kensington and Oxford Street are also less than 15 minutes on the underground, whilst London Zoo is also close by.
