Why Ecover is greener

Detergents and dishwasher tabs might not be the first thing you'd think about when it comes to 'going green'. But these chemicals in everyday use do contain pollutants: non-degradable residues that build up in our waste water systems and slowly add to the toxicity of the environment, particularly marine habitats. Added to which, most of these ingredients are sourced from non-renewable materials such as petrochemicals.
