How SACO speaks your language
With serviced apartments in most of the UK's major cities, it's surely no surprise that SACO regularly host visitors from all over the world. What is less obvious, though, is that many of the serviced apartment company's staff speak a second language fluently – and that the company deploys these talents to help its customers with their requirements wherever you are in the world.
The in-house linguists are found throughout the company's offices and also at some of the serviced apartments themselves.
In London...
London's multi-lingual staff can offer help in no fewer than seven popular languages. Speakers of French, Italian and Spanish will be grateful for the versatility of Caterina, who can converse comfortably in all three. Russian is no problem either – that's catered for by Erika, while Dutch native Thijs can help travellers from Holland who aren't fluent in English (although it seems like that might not be a large number). And visitors from the Indian subcontinent will be in good hands if they need to communicate in Hindi or Bengali, as staff member Sam is able to converse in both.
In Bristol...
The company's headquarters boasts a similarly widespread array of language talent. Visitors from north west India and Pakistan can converse in Punjabi with Arina, while Korean guests will find familiarity if they talk to Min Joo. Globetrotting Greeks and Germans are catered for by Siggi and Eleni respectively, while there is further assistance available for those preferring to speak in Spanish (Amber) or Italian (Davide).
At the apartments themselves...
Of course, some of SACO's staff are based at the apartments themselves and are available for linguistic liaison whether in person at the property of by telephone throughout the UK network. Polish travellers will be able to ask for a native speaker in Joanna, while Elenita offers conversation in Filipino if guests require.
It's all part of the service of making travellers feel at home, whether they are in their serviced apartment or booking it by phone – which you can do by calling 0845 122 0405.
