Recipes tailor-made for an apartment kitchen
One of the great advantages of staying in a serviced apartment is the freedom and pleasure of preparing your own meals and snacks.
But what if you don't usually pack a recipe book when you're travelling on business?
Fortunately, the people at SACO have anticipated your dilemma. The luxury serviced apartment providers have drawn on the culinary experience of their own staff to produce a regular recipe leaflet full of ideas for easy and enjoyable dishes.
Most importantly: they're all tried and tested with the equipment you'll find as standard in every SACO apartment kitchen.
Tried and tested dinners, desserts
The full-colour recipe leaflet is titled 'The SACO Kitchen', and at the time of writing is on its third issue. Every new apartment guest will find one in their kitchen drawers.
Each issue gives you nine or ten recipe ideas, covering snacks and starters, main courses and desserts, with instructions written by the contributing member of staff and a 'utensils list' showing exactly what you'll need from the cupboards.
For example, sales manager Karen recommends a simple Pad Thai recipe that's ready in 45 minutes. Arina in marketing contributes the irresistible-looking Yummy Sherry Trifle. And Lee, an IT manager who's also a personal trainer, puts forward the intriguing breakfast combination of french toast with bananas and bacon.
Kitchen essentials
Of course, your enjoyment of cooking on your stay away from home does depend on whether your apartment of choice has a well-equipped, good quality kitchen.
This is one area where SACO won't let the gourmet traveller down. Not only are the kitchens themselves fitted to the highest standard, typically with appliances by premium manufacturers such as NEFF, the kitchen cupboards are also extensively stocked with good quality dishes, knives, utensils and of course glasses, should you decide to open a bottle of wine.
And with hard working business visitors and leisure travellers alike, that's why a self catering serviced apartment beats a hotel stay time and again.
