When you're relocating with work, or if you're responsible for assisting with somebody else's relocation, every aspect of the process is important to get right. According to the Re:Locate awards criteria, it's critically important. And the winner of this year's award for Best Property Provider or Solution went to the Bristol-based short stay apartment group SACO Apartments. 

Key factors for best-in-class accommodation

It's the third time SACO has won the award. What did the judges like about the fast-growing company's approach?

A lot, it seems, as they pointed out that they considered it a clear winner in the category. First, the judges praised the overall standards upheld, describing the company as “best in class’ – an outstanding provider with service delivery paramount”. This is perhaps a reflection of SACO's drive for consistency as they have rolled out an unprecedented number of new properties in 2010-11, in sought-after locations such as Bristol Broad Quay, London Fleet Street and London's Canary Wharf.

Also singled out were matters of style and communication, as one judge commented: “They do what they set out to do with aplomb and panache, using innovative and creative marketing”. 

The Re:Locate Awards is an annual event that brings the industry together to celebrate high standards of service. In the Best Property Provider or Solution category there were a variety of entrants including serviced accommodation providers and relocation companies.
