Just in time for the start of a new year the company has opened its 30th SACO operated location in the UK, tripled the number of apartment locations in London and appointed its 150th employee.
In a year that has continued to prove challenging for many companies, SACO has seen considerable growth, increasing SACO operated buildings to 13 locations across London alone, tripling its London portfolio over the last two years. In just the last two months, the company has opened SACO Tavistock Place, SACO Hammersmith and SACO @Trinity Tower.
Trinity Tower, in Canary Wharf, is a SACO’s brand new development of 50 one, two and three bedroom serviced apartments, and one of only a handful in the area with full reception facilities, as well as the use of SACO’s 24/7 night porter service.
SACO Tavistock Place is situated in a beautiful Georgian building comprising nine beautiful one, two and three bedroom apartments in the heart of London, and SACO Hammersmith has a selection of 15 contemporary one and two bedroom apartments in a stunning new building less than 5 minutes walk from Hammersmith underground station.
These three new openings increase the number of SACO operated locations to 30, which has inevitably spurred a recruitment drive to ensure the company’s high level of customer service is maintained. The company now employs 150 people across the UK.
Frank Rejwan, Commercial Director, explains: “We have seen a strong end to 2011, with some really exciting new locations in London, including our flagship Canary Wharf building at Trinity Tower. Our brand and reputation for our relentless focus on service, excellence and value have helped ensure we can offer the best product in the right locations for our clients.”
