In London, SACO Spitalfields and SACO @ Lanterns Court opened last month and the company has just announced another nine apartments will be added to their portfolio in Covent Garden.
The company has expanded their presence in the capital by 80 per cent over the last 12 months in order to offer business and leisure travellers more choice when staying in the city.
The latest location is set within the newly built five-storey St Martins Courtyard, just a five minute stroll from Covent Garden and Leicester Square.
The selection of one and three bedroom apartments are located across the fourth and fifth floors of the Courtyard alongside a selection of restaurants, including Jamie Oliver’s Jamie’s Italian on the ground floor, boutiques and a spa.
Each apartment is stylishly furnished and comes complete with modern appliances and a fully equipped kitchen. Some of the apartments also feature balconies. The three bedroom apartments offer great value for groups travelling together who can split the nightly rate between them and benefit for an en-suite in addition to the bathroom.
This spring SACO will also be launching a significant flagship location in their home town of Bristol. SACO @ Broad Quay will comprise 72 new apartments located right in the heart of Bristol’s vibrant city centre.
