Although not typical Swiss cuisine, My Kitchen Leena Sam provides great, friendly service and food of the highest quality. Focusing on Malaysian themed food, the daily changing menu means you can just keep coming back. Rumour has it they have the best Roti outside of Malaysia itself!

When looking for traditional Swiss cuisine, look no further than Stefs Freieck. With a speciality of Soups the small restaurant provides the perfect atmosphere for light conversation. With a basic menu the chef uses his imagination to make each dish its own. The restaurant is reservation only however due to limited seating capacity.

With a number of French tourists crossing the border to Switzerland each year, it’s no surprise there are many French restaurants. Hummer & Austernbar is a gourmet restaurant based in the centre of Zurich focusing on French and seafood cuisine. Fresh oysters and lobster accompany world class wine to complete the meal.  The finishing touches are the Crepes Suzette prepared on your table. Magnifique!

Everyone loves the occasional American style burger, and whilst in Zurich this can be found at Holy Cow! Gourmet Burger Bar. Quick, healthy and extremely large burgers are on offer here and with over 20 types available you’re spoilt for choice! Locally sourced beef and drinks are the only option ensuring high quality and avoiding the ‘fast food’ tag.

Located in District number 4 is the perfect ‘after hours’ restaurant and bar. Dante is widely believed to have the best gin and cocktails in Zurich, with the vast array of gins such as the Bombay Original White Label Gin, leaving you wanting more! Although focusing on its cocktails, food is not ignored and for a late night snack it doesn’t get much better!
