Two years running - Serviced Apartments of the YearTuesday 18 February 2014 by Jo Redman We are very proud to announce that for the second year running SACO Bristol Broad Quay has been awarded serviced apartments of the year at the annual Bristol Tourism and Hospitality awards.
Led by Apartment Manager Emma Granado, the SACO team were thrilled to pick up the award and be one of the 17 winners at the event. "It is amazing to have recognition for doing something you love" explains Emma.
Emma puts the success of the team down to a very dedicated team approach – where each member of the goes out of their way to make a real difference for all the guests that stay at the apartments. “It’s the little touches – that can make a huge difference to a person’s stay” explains Emma. “From personal show rounds of the apartments, explaining how the washing machine works, through to suggesting places to visit and eat – the whole team are simply into making each guests stay as welcoming as possible”.
“Of course having WOW apartments also helps, guests are truly amazed when we show them to their apartment and open the door - they cannot believe the space, the views and the designer look and feel”.

“Absolutely beautiful modern apartments, easy to find and in a fantastic central location. We stayed on the top floor and the views over the city were lovely, we wanted for nothing with all the mod cons anyone would ever need and all utensils were easy to find. Lots of little touches were appreciated such as bottled water and a small milk provided in the fridge, along with some provided cereals, biscuits and tea and coffee making facilities. Beds were comfortable and we all had a brilliant night’s sleep thanks to the blackout blinds. The bathrooms were immaculately clean and warm with heated towel rails. The bath sheets were also much nicer than standard sized bath towels. We were all very impressed with our stay, the rooms were beautiful and the staff were extremely welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay special and hassle free. We have recommended to all our friends and will be looking forward to visiting again this year!”
