SACO unveils evolved brand as product portfolio grows

Monday 15 June 2015 by Maya Singer Hobbs This morning we unveiled an evolved brand approach which encapsulates our ambitious plans to drive the serviced apartment sector forward.

We are asking our customers to “beapartofit” and reshape the business to meet the needs of travel buyers, bookers and travellers.

Today we launched a brand new campaign and brand positioning strategy “beapartofit”, using “apart” as the theme to link and clarify the different products and other aspects of our business:

Speaking at this year’s Business Travel Conference on our plans for the future, Jo Redman, Marketing Director, is expected to say: “With an aim to offer a more comprehensive product portfolio, the beapartofit concept successfully encompasses the SACO vision whilst clarifying our business structure.

“With the aim to reshape hospitality and make staying away from home great, we are continuing to develop innovative concepts, using online research into the trends of tomorrow’s traveller, and feedback and involvement from our customers.”

This new campaign follows the recent significant development of our innovative digital offering, including a brand new website, with an intuitive booking platform. Corporate portals are also being developed and created to give companies straightforward gateways to customised serviced apartment programmes, including rates, management information and traveller tracking.

We currently operate a portfolio of over 750 apartments in cities across the UK, and offer over 30,000 apartments across 220 key destinations in 50 countries through carefully selected partners.

In 2016 and 2017, we will be opening and operating a wide range of further properties in the UK and into Europe, taking our total number of operated apartments to over 1,600. These include new properties in cities such as London, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Amsterdam and Dublin, with others to follow, some of which will be serviced aparthotels, whilst others will be the new aparthotel concept.
