Barcelona shopping guide

The Barcelona shopping line runs 5 kilometres from the top of Las Ramblas through to Avenue Diagonal and hosts what is commonly regarded as the best shopping experience in Barcelona. Along with all the major high street chains you would come to expect, it also has interior design stores, antiques and plenty of independant fashion stores! With over 35,000 shops to peruse, you'd best get your card at the ready!
On Avenida Diagonal sits Diagonal Mar Centro Comercial, spanning 3 stories with over 197 stores and services it’s the complete shopping centre package. With all different price ranges accessible, if you look hard enough you will definitely find something you like! Accessible using subway, bus, car or bike there is no excuse not to visit.
Located just off Montjuic is Gran Via 2. With its Classical design which draws parallels to classical Rome and Greece the eye catching shopping centre is as impressive for its architecture as its shops. 200 shops sit behind Brass railings and under a Pantheon like ceiling. Affordable shops such as Mango, Bershka and Pull and Bear are on offer here, along with a large selection of cafés and restaurants, for that much needed refreshment.
Right on the port lays Maremagnum. With its beautiful view of the sea and the spectacular yacht’s, the shopping centre is the perfect place to shop before or after a trip to the nearby aquarium or a walk around the harbour.
