The London Eye

Opened to celebrate the arrival of the millennium; the London Eye provides a truly unique experience.
Step into a pod on the giant Ferris wheel on the South Bank and take in the best views of London. It is the most popular UK tourist attraction for good reason; at 135 metres you are able to see London from a bird’s eye view, providing insight into the complex and patchwork history of the city, from the very old, to the very new.
Don’t forget your camera – this experience is full of photo opportunities. A guide to the view will help answer all of those questions you have whilst up there! Appreciate the views during daylight hours or chose an evening ride for a glimpse of the sunset over London.
Due to its popularity there are likely queues during school holidays and summer months so book ahead if possible.
