Bristol Swing Festival 2017

This festival of twisting and bopping is set over four fun-filled nights and involves everything from Lindy Hop to classic Jazz dancing. Tickets to the festival will include three full days of dance workshops, as well as a taster for circus dancing and much more. Later on in the evening you can relax and let your hair down, and enjoy some blues and party tunes, including music from some of the regions finest bands.

The Bristol Walking Festival

Are you a keen walker? Or do you simply enjoy the fresh air and outdoors from time to time? Whoever you are, anyone can benefit from a good walk to clear their mind and stretch their legs. Bristol Walkfest this year comprises of over 177 different walks organised by locals of Bristol, ranging from walks to the Avon Gorge through Leigh Woods to strolls around the tranquil haven of Ashton Court just outside the city. Every walk is free and most are suitable for everyone. Held at Brunel’s Old Station, at the heart of industrial Bristol, The UK handmade Bicycle show celebrates handmade bicycles and all who make them. Any Bristolian will tell you that almost anyone who wants to get around the city does so by Bike, so this show is bound to make you feel a part of the local culture. With a range of exhibitors, and a host of talks and films, the Bespoked Bicycle show is bound to interest any bicycle fanatic out there.
