Yes, both are possible with a few things to keep in mind.
Post and Packages:
You're welcome to receive post or packages during your stay. Just make sure to use the correct postal address for your SACO property and include your full name and apartment number on the delivery. Please note that items won’t be delivered directly to your apartment but will be held at the front desk for you to collect.
Takeaway:
Feel free to order from services like UberEats, Deliveroo, or JustEat. Your delivery will typically be handed to a House Host at the front desk or left at the main entrance. Be sure to include your apartment number in the order, as drivers cannot deliver directly to your apartment.

Yes — most SACO apartments are dog-friendly, with the exception of SACO Merlin House, Jersey. If you’re planning to stay there, please contact the property directly in advance to check availability for dogs
A £40 one-off cleaning fee applies, which can be added during the booking process or by contacting your SACO property directly.
What to know before you book:
- One dog per apartment, up to 30kg
- Dogs only (no cats or other pets)
- A pet waiver must be signed on arrival
- Dogs must be fully vaccinated — we may request proof
- Dog beds and bowls are available on request (subject to availability)
Booking with your dog:
Add the dog fee during the booking process or contact your SACO property to update your reservation.
While you're staying:
We don’t recommend leaving your dog alone in the apartment. If you need to step out briefly, please inform Reception or your SACO team.

As soon as your booking has been processed by our team, if you've booked on our website you will receive a booking confirmation with basic arrival details.
In our self-check-in SACO locations (where there is no Reception), you will recieve an email 72 hours before your arrival containing access codes for entering the building.
If you have booked parking that requires additional access details, these will be delivered to you by email and/or communicated with you by our Reservations team at the time of booking.
