As soon as your booking has been processed by our team, if you've booked on our website you will receive a booking confirmation with basic arrival details.

In our self-check-in SACO locations (where there is no Reception), you will recieve an email 72 hours before your arrival containing access codes for entering the building.

If you have booked parking that requires additional access details, these will be delivered to you by email and/or communicated with you by our Reservations team at the time of booking.  

Yes, children are very welcome at SACO. Our spacious, well-equipped apartments are ideal for families. Please note that all children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over.

Travelling with little ones? We can provide a cot free of charge for children aged three and under, just let us know when you book by adding it as a special request.

Fire alarm went off. Nobody answered...

Positive: Fire alarm went off. Nobody answered the contact number. Very disappointed, we were all left out in street for fire brigade to come check it out....

Hi Deirdre, Thank you for the review. I'd like to start off by apologising for the inconvenience during your stay at SACO. This is not the usual guest experience we expect and strive for here. We take safety very seriously, which is why we would always expect all our guests to evacuate once hearing the alarm, we understand that later learning this was a false alarm can be very frustrating. This was swiftly resolved. During the alarm, there were many calls made to our out of hours team, unfortunately there are only so many calls our team can respond to, but we can assure you they were doing everything they could to ease the situation. Regarding the host on the desk the next day, she had just arrived on shift after a few days off. She hadn't had a chance to look at any information about the incident before you spoke to her, as she wouldn't have been informed of the situation out of hours. We apologise if this felt unprofessional. We are however, glad that you enjoyed the location. Kind Regards, SACO Nottingham

Convenient location, good for guests...

Positive: The location was perfect. I was a guest of the University of Nottingham, and it was convenient to the Jubilee Campus and also near the central part...

Four PM check in for an overnight stay...

Positive: Flat was very bright and with good-sized rooms. Negative: Shocked to find out the checking was 4 pm. I was later told I could pay for slight early...

Good Morning Mariana, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay here at SACO Nottingham, we apologise that you found a hair in one of the bowls this has been raised with the housekeeping team. We are pleased that you found the apartment bright and of good proportions. Having looked into the standard check in times for the UK hospitality industry, and having personally worked in the industry for over 40 years, the average times vary from 3pm-4pm. Ours is set at 16.00 due the fact they are large apartments and take longer to turn aorund for arriving guests. We do offer an early check in option from 2pm for a charge, if this is applied to a booking we ask housekeeping to prioritise that apartment. The average check out times are between 10am-12pm so we are within those times. All the check in and check out times are on the Booking.com website so should not have come as suprise to you, and sorry that you feel this is not feasible.
