We all find it hard to get back into being or eating healthy and being productive at work after having time off over the holidays, so we have made it super easy for you and compiled a list of events that are happening all over the UK that you can join to kickstart your 2020.

We all fall into our routines and get all the little things we tend not to think about from a big chain superstore. This year try and head to a small independently owned shop instead to get your wrapping paper, Christmas tree decorations or handmade Christmas cards and gifts. When you shop in independent shops it means you’re helping to support your local economy and community. Buying from these little places will mean a lot more to the owners then to the person who owns a superstore. In Bristol especially there are many sweet and wonderful independent shops to see, so we have put together just a handful of the best independent shops we think you should visit.

This time of year is considered both beautiful and magical, with crisp mornings and chilly nights. Most of the time, all we want to do is run home and snuggle up in the warmth with our cosiest blankets and a nice hot cup of something.
