Aqua Shard, Level 31 The Shard 

Aqua shard, located on level 31 of The Shard serves innovative contemporary British cuisine. The restaurant boasts breath-taking views from its main dining room, private event spaces and a spectacular three-storey high all-day atrium bar. Dishes feature carefully-selected fine British produce and combine the staple ingredients of British cooking with innovative techniques.

Balls Brothers of London, Hays Galleria 

Stylish restaurant and bar located in the stunning Hay's Galleria close to London Bridge Station and the famous Borough market. The restaurant excels at creating the finest food and wine, delivered daily from trusted local suppliers. The menu offers everything from Lobster to Steak and Ale Pie, not to mention the delicious local Billingsgate Fish Pie. 

Champor Champor, Weston Street

Hutong at The Shard, Level 33 The Shard 

Opening for lunch and dinner and situated on level 33 of The Shard, Hutong serves the fascinating and diverse cuisines of Northern China.  Fresh from the team behind the Hong Kong-based Aqua Restaurant Group, head chef Yuan Shihai dishes up a menu of specialties including crispy de-boned lamb, soft shell crab and chilli-spiced clams, along with signatures such as Peking duck.

Bagel Factory, London Bridge Vaults 

Need to stop for a quick lunch but bored of the same-old-same-old? The Bagel Factory offers a huge selection of bagels in loads of flavours and combinations. If you need to cater for a big crowd they’ll even do next day delivery when you order up to 5pm.
