SACO Achieves ASAP Quality Accreditation

At SACO we’re constantly looking to improve the quality of service we provide to our customers. We launched the beapartofit campaign to encourage our guests and corporate clients to provide detailed feedback on every stage of their journey with SACO; from choosing the apartment, the booking process, arrival, the stay itself through to departure. We listen to that feedback and strive to deliver the best stay possible, and are very proud to announce that we’ve been recognised for doing so.

ASAP, the independent not-for-profit trade association for the serviced apartment industry, has assessed the service we provide across three broad criteria of health & safety, guest experience and quality, with specific attention on apartment comfort and the bed in particular, as well as housekeeping and cleanliness. The assessment visit takes place each year to ensure ASAP’s requirements are met and this year, they have judged us for the first time as meeting their exacting standards.

We are now an ASAP Quality Accredited Serviced Apartment Operator and Agent, which put simply, ensures a consistent level of customer service, safety, apartment maintenance and quality and comfort can be found across our locations up and down the UK, as well as our portfolio of global Partners that we source and manage.
