How do I change or cancel my booking?

It depends on how you booked and the terms of your rate. For full details, check our booking T&Cs and refer to your rate conditions when making your reservation.

If you booked directly on the SACO website
Please contact the property directly to make any changes to your booking.

Booked a Non-refundable/Non-amendable rate?
These rates are offered at a lower price but can’t be cancelled or amended. No extensions or changes are allowed, and no refund will be given if you cancel. The full booking amount will still be charged.

Booked a Flexible rate?
You can cancel or change your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival (terms apply).

Booked through a third party or online travel agency?
If you booked through an OTA or third party, you’ll need to contact them directly to make changes. Their cancellation policy will apply.
