As soon as your booking has been processed by our team, if you've booked on our website you will receive a booking confirmation with basic arrival details.
In our self-check-in SACO locations (where there is no Reception), you will recieve an email 72 hours before your arrival containing access codes for entering the building.
If you have booked parking that requires additional access details, these will be delivered to you by email and/or communicated with you by our Reservations team at the time of booking.
Yes, children are very welcome at SACO. Our spacious, well-equipped apartments are ideal for families. Please note that all children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over.
Travelling with little ones? We can provide a cot free of charge for children aged three and under, just let us know when you book by adding it as a special request.

Apologies that the neighbouring apartment guests were noisey, that is why we supply you with a 24 hour contact number to call to have these issues resolved. Sorry to hear there was a homeless person outside the car park entrance, sadly this is something that we have no control over, however totally understand your feelings on this situation. Regarding extra charges, on the Booking.com site within the facilities section it does state the following information regards dogs and parking.
Parking:
Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs £15 per day.
Pets:
Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
These charges are not under the control of the site team and are set by our head office for all properties.

I’m sorry to hear that you found the room smelly and dirty. This is certainly not the standard we hold ourselves to and I sincerely apologise that this was your experience. Our rooms are equipped with full kitchens and on occasion, lingering food smells can remain after previous guests have cooked. While we do our best to remove any odours, it isn’t always entirely possible.
Regarding cleanliness, our housekeeping team and reception staff perform two checks prior to every guest’s arrival and we apologise if anything was missed on this occasion. We would have been more than happy to move or re-clean your room to your satisfaction had we been made aware of your concerns during your stay.
I also noticed you rated us lower for staff, location and comfort. We’d really appreciate it if you could share more details about this so we can better understand and continue to improve our guest experience.

All of our showers are electric and sadly will never have the same pressure as other styles of power showers.
