It was very lovely to have you here and I am happy to see you found the apartment well equipped with everything you need. You were here during the Harbour Festival, so noise and fun across the area like never in the year. But that was the main event in the city.
All our doors are secured and live. We have 24/7 monitoring on them, and can track anytime our doors open, we can lock or open remotely and the system is class A on safety. Furthermore the CCTV across the building is there to discourage any potential issue, and our security company is on stand by to intervene if needed. Under no circumstance security is a issue here.

It am sorry to learn we felt short of your expectations on this occasion.
We are indeed very central positioned in the hart of historical pubs dated back to Black Beard and Daniel Defoe, and atmosphere here is very lively, especially in the evenings. We have however double glazing and white noise machines in the apartments for people that prefer less noise.
I have also checked the oven, and could not see anything wrong with it. My only guess is you have not switched the socket on the wall on, but I checked it and works perfect.
We hope this won't deter you from booking any of our properties across UK or Europe in the future.

The works done by the council were presented to us on the main boulevard, but apparently there were further damages and they started to rip out the street in front our building without informing us. We were as surprised to see the workers doing that in the first morning. I can understand these weekend those works might have been impacting the level of noise during the day. I am happy to learn you had a good stay with us. Bristol is indeed pioneering in reducing the traffic in the city centre, so there are many measures in place for this. All NCP are now closed and driving restrictions are in place. Also going forward, many central areas are planed to be only for walking, so streets will be inaccessible for cars in the short future. This is the main reason why we recommend on all our platforms public transport only.

Thank you for the negative mentions as well. It is the only way we can learn, act and batter ourselves. We have put spikes on each edge of the roof and netting in between buildings, and as far as all the specialists advised there is not much else we can do regarding the pigeons around city centre. The beautiful views on the river seem to be an attraction for pigeons as well.
All the indoor plants were indeed removed as our brand is looking at all ways of being more sustainable, and reduce the footprint. I am sorry to hear this affected the homely feel.
As advertised on all our platforms we do not provide smart capabilities on our TVs, hence the reasons you did not see any instruction on this. We will consider for future adding this service.

Thank you for the improvements feedback as well. It is the only way we can bater ourselves. I have spoken to the company that does the cleaning for us to conduct further re trainings to achieve the cleanliness standards we are known for. Also sent a maintenance contractor to change the shower fitting. We do not provide robes in our apartments, as we don't have any public facilities like pool or spa, and these have proved not to be of interest for the majority of our guests.
